- Sign up for the Walmart+ 15 day Trial by clicking the “Join now” button on the left side of this page.
- Choose the annual subscription option, which will start at the end of the free trial
- During signup, you will be prompted with a 3 question survey which will extend your free trial by 15 days
- Earn an additional 500 SB if you make a $35+ order with 20 days of signing up
- The points will be added to your account after the free trial ends
